Can a PP help an FBO retrieve a plane?

Just to clear something up...I entered the service pre Clinton and no one cared then or now if you were gay...in my experience of you decided you did not want to be in the military you could flash the gay card and be discharged...it was easier than being a conscientious objector...but no one really cared...carry on.

Did it many times as a line guy picking up and dropping off airplanes and people for the maintenance shop. Didn't get struck down by lightning at any point for my sins.

And I know a guy that's robbed a dozen gas stations; he never got caught either.
