So, Doing basic med. My "physical" was 25 (1/23/20) months ago. Good for 48 months. We have to do the online course every 24 months. Well.. I missed by few days. Procrastination is never a good thing. POA What say you, do I need entire new physical or just retake online course and my 24 months restarts at time of completion ?

I'll add this. No, you don't have to take the course "every 24 months." Its exactly like your flight review and many other FAA currency regulations. A lookback. To quote the reg, you have to "Complete the medical education course set forth in § 68.3 of this chapter during the 24-calendar months before acting as pilot in command"
 
Just wait awhile. One of the geniuses will be here soon to tell you that you are wrong and don’t understand it.
