Congratulations! I think you are the first person I've ever seen comment on one of his videos on a forum. As far as I can tell, he posts his videos on several aviation forums but otherwise participates in none of them.
midlifeflyer, I get what you are saying about not participating in "the forums". When I joined these forums back in 2024 lets be honest, your forums were not this welcoming place for an aviation content creator. There were a few that were positive here and there, but I most of them were pretty snobby and set my impression bar low for this audience right from day one. I have found other social media outlets that like facebook, instagram and TikTok to share my content with that resonate much better with me (pilots and non-pilots).

From my perspective, I'm just a private pilot trying to share my aviation journey with other pilots and non-pilots and I get a flood of comments that pushed me away. So, yea, that's why I pop in every now and then to share a recent video production (in hopes one or two of the frequent users of these forums might find some entertainment/use for it).

Now that that's said, I'm going to continue to pop in now and then to update My Thread (I'm making sure not to slam this forum with 600 posts, just one) and maybe give it some reconsideration participate more in 2026.

Have a great holiday weekend.

Is your plane COLD inside? I noticed the gloves and hoody. Does the heat not work well?
Its cold, I have to wear thermal underwear and gloves. The heat works and takes about 20-30 to get toasty in there. In the video I was airborne for about 15. There are a bunch of little leaks I can feel cold air from the trim wheel and the vent above my head does not close 100% (1975 Aircraft)

I watch most of his videos and enjoy them. I don't require him being a prolific contributor to enjoy his videos. I don't fly (yet) so I enjoy flying vicariously through the guys who fly the Warriors, Archers, Cherokees, etc. and film their experiences. He makes a nice video and I enjoy them.
Thank you for the kind words Lawson, have you seen my most recent visit to TF Green International Airport? That was one of my favorites from 2025.

I hear you. I think there’s a bit of resistance to “content creators,”particularly in groups where the primary mode of communication is discussion. That’s to be expected when their content is their only contribution. It can feel like visiting uncle Phil who always and only pulls out the slide projector to show vacation slides (to make an ancient reference).

In your case, as my comment indicates, I learned to fly in your area. 7B2 for private. 7B9 for my instrument rating. Then we moved away. So I sometimes watch yours for its geographic content. I just not a fan of the narrative style.

On a more constructive note, I don’t know what you did at TF Green or other Charlies, but I would take the opportunity to do a full stop, taxi to the ramp, and pick up departure instructions to get the full taste of Class C ops rather that a touch & go which isn’t that much different than doing it at a Delta.

My 1st Landing at TF Green International Airport | KPVD
See the New England Patriots 767
Earlier this month I flew to another Class C airport near my home base. TF Green International Airport is a Class C Airport in Rhode Island. Its 8,700' Runway is meant for commercial Airlines and I'm going to be landing my 4-seat 180 Horsepower Piper Archer on its welcoming Runway today! Watch me perform a touch-and-go on an active Runway that us being used for Airbus Aircraft this morning. I am cleared to land 10 miles out from the airport and that sets the mood for this approach.

Three Mile Final Approach into KGON
Groton-New London Airport
Let’s fly into Groton-New London Airport! We are on a three-mile final approach into Runway 23, cleared to land at this beautiful class D airport. In this episode, listen to Air Traffic Control communications with me and another inbound pilot. See in cockpit footage with the avionics and flight instruments of my Piper Archer as I glide into a smooth landing. The Groton, CT landscape below is captured from my under-wing camera and is absolutely stunning. A third camera picks up the action looing outside the right side of the aircraft as we come into land. I come very close to hitting some birds on short final! Listen to what happen in the cockpit!

Hudson Valley Airport Next to Sky Acres
Hudson Valley Regional Airport $100 Waffle Paulas| KPOU
The action picks up at 6,000' above Northwest Connecticut as we are travelling into New York to Hudson Valley Regional Airport in Poughkeepsie, NY (Dutchess County). The class D airport's 5,000' Runway 24 is welcoming our arrival in a Piper Archer PA-28-180. Listen to ATC from Bradley, Boston Center and NY Approach as we descend down to a long straight in final approach. Our reason for this visit is simple, enjoy some breakfast at Paula's Runway Cafe.

Beautiful Mountains and Lots of Trees
This New Hampshire Mountain Landing is so Scenic | KLEB
My 1st Landing at this airport and the field was so hard to see due to mountains! It's a beautiful calm November afternoon in Lebanon, NH at the Lebanon Municipal Airport (KLEB). We are flying our Piper Archer for a visit. The action picks up 7 miles away from the airport as I am descending and looking for the field. The mountains and forests of the "Live Free or Die" state, welcome our arrival as I glide us into Runway 36. Listen to Air Traffic control and in cockpit audio on this flight. See the sights from two different camera angles: rear pilot cam and under wing camera. Watch me try for a smooth landing!
