150hp Cherokee 180?
That is a lie. I posted i did turnbacks on cherokees. On Cherokee 180/150. Cherokees come on 180/150 hp. So many liar pilots in USA. No wonder so many pilot errors on the most supporting ATC and easy to fly places too. I flew in The Andes. Old cargo airplanes. Survived a total of 11 emergencies. You cant touch me.

So I had this engine failure shortly after takeoff. Well it wasn't a complete engine failure, but around the time I reached pattern altitude, the manifold pressure dropped to like 21". I believe that it was caused by the butterfly valve in the throttle body partially closing, which was caused by the cable connected to it moving, which was caused by a lever inside the cockpit being moved. I did this super duper move that I call a normal turn to downwind, and a second turn to base and a third turn to final and landed on the runway I had just taken off from. Sorry no video available.
You had enough power to do a Turnaround Maneuver, not "A Turnback". Good you had that.

Where's the video?
My video is 40 minutes long. It is on Emergency LowManeuvering Channel of you tube and some students channels too. Un-edited since 1995. No BS. Here is it. Read the post too. We are Puerto Rican/American citizens, so sorry for the accent. I learned English language after 35 y o when i moved to USA as pilot abroad.

Interesting. I’m not a fan of mnemomics; they may be helpful for some but not all, me included.

In either scenario, the bottom line is identifying full power is not being produced, then safely land as soon as possible, whether on field or not.

First ever in the world showing those items.

You’re so smart, I’m not sure what we did without your wisdom for so long!

I'm gonna be straightforward here... Dropping in and immediately playing the "smartest guy in the room" card over and over isn't the way to make friends and influence people. Several have tried. None succeeded.

I didnt count the small ones. Lost instruments on VFR, not counted. Lost the flaps, not counted, landed without doing forward slips. small other situations you just keep going.
Most of the people I know who exceeded 11 didn’t count the small ones, either.

If you hang around a lot of pilots, you’ll probably find you’re not as special as you think.

Several posts have been hidden while the MC discusses disposition. Please remember that blatantly political posts are against the rules of conduct.

Wrong' Dan Gryder does that. Even with bad ideas, and 2 accident he had people send him money. I didnt ask for a penny for what i did and my video. So you lie.

Why i cannot post what i know? And call liars twisting my post as LIARS. So you say you are smarter by calling out a guy that post things you dont know. So you are a liar too. This is a place for pilots to exchange knowledge, which you dont have, and cant share what you dont have i see. But complain about teachers showing videos about real landings after emergencies and new methods shown. You are lying about me, My name is Jay Vega, what is your name? Lets get together on a seminar and you debate me in person with your video, and mine. Lets see who is lying and who is teaching new things. This is about teaching. Lets see who is the liar here. Say your name and post your video too.

Where did i say im special? I just say what i did. I met a guy with over 13 forced landings on ultralights. The ones that dont glide well at all. So you are lying.

Also, I'm guessing this is roughly how most people feel reading 3 pages of combative responses from the OP.
