Well, hi y'all! Anyone miss me? Ahh didn't think so. First of all I'd like to offer my condolences to Ben, who passed away as most of you know. He used to pm me and liked my posts. I asked about Ben a few times many moons ago, and miss the guy. RIP Ben.

Anywho, I've been away serving a 30 day sentence, as well as my alter ego, Bozo, who was busted as well. Those Mods, sneaky devils aren't they. So without further ado, the Boys (Bozo and me), well, (I think Bozo is back) are back in town!



OK, let's see if I can conform and be a good little Stepford poster, as I'm sure a certain Mod is "hawking me". :D

Yep in China and enjoying some chaos with the wife. It seems to have gotten crazier over here since I was last here(2009). More cars and scooters on the road. On the bright side, the ladies are dressing more western than ever. :cool:

Envy you though, always wanted to travel in China. Lived in the PI, Japan, and S. Korea, so I was close.

This is my third time here since I married into the place.:)

I also spent a little over a year in Korea working for Uncle Sam. Enjoyed it.

Which part of China? If Beijing, I welcome any tips as I'm supposed to be there in a few weeks. Thanks in advance

On this trip it has been Nanning (wife's hometown) and Xi'an.

My first trip in 2003 we went to Beijing for several days. Visited the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and some other places. On that trip we also went to Guilin as well as Nanning.

I really can't give any advice on where to stay, eat or go besides the historical sites I already mentioned. I normally just go where the boss lady tells me to go. It works well. :)
