Or the truck pushed the plane back into something else....
I have a feeling it got pushed back into something.
Edit: Bell206 beat me to it.
Or there was something behind the plane that it was pushed into.
"If you have a rivet gun..." you know not to buy this aircraft.
Broken nose gear: "Hit by dump truck."
Scraped and torn underbelly: "Hit by dump truck."
Bent prop blades: "Hit by dump truck."
Imploded windscreen: "Hit by dump truck."
Wings sheared off: "Hit by dump truck."
New prop, some more duct tape and it’s ready to go!
What was a dump truck doing driving around an airport ramp? Me thinks there’s a lot more to this story.
Snow plow? Ramp maintenance project?
Smashing into Saratogas.
You are thinking in the wrong direction. The plane was at the yard picking up a load of gravel to help smooth out the runway. The incident happened because the plane did not have one of those super annoying back up alarms....
Everyone always claims a Saratoga is a flying truck....
That increased the value 68 cents. It has 0 bids so far, makes me tempted to bid $1.99 just to get the ball rolling.
