I had a 2yr old Gill battery that died on me last Thursday. Due to a mix of holiday travel, sub-zero temps and perpetual LIFR fog I only managed to fly the plane 3h in the last 30 days. That's the lowest amount of time I've ever flown over a 1 month interval with the exception of when it's in...

Anyone given this a test drive? Reviews on "their" website look decent. The few reviews on Amazon are mixed. It's battery powered or can run on 24VDC, has 2300 btu's output, and weighs around 27 pounds with 1 battery. Based on reviews a single battery can run around 4 hours on low - their...

I just purchased a new battery for my Tiger (Concorde 24v) as I can tell my current one (4.5yrs) is getting more and more sluggish with starting up. While I'm not quite ready to swap in the new one, I purchased it b/c I didn't want supply issues to bite me a couple months down the line if I was...

I’d like to replace the old dead battery in my PA-28R-180 with a sealed Concorde RG series battery. Can someone walk me through all the legal requirements? It looks like the RG-35A is approved for use on my aircraft but I don’t know if I need any additional paperwork or anything like that.

My daughter has a 2014 Ford Fiesta. Got it 1 year ago and it had a new battery put on at that time. In the last month, it has been dead three times when she goes to start it. She generally drives every day, but each of these times the car did sit for 2-3 days. I'm having a shop look at it now...

Any of ya’all gotten a an EarthX and 337 for certified? I’m looking to put one in the Gru’ to offset the weight of some upcoming panel improvements. Edit: Also interested in honest opinions of the batteries and tech. Not going to just take the word of EarthX for it. :rolleyes...

Got an SI for OSA and want a travel battery that doesn't impact your payload? Sister bought this for a sailing vacation last June. However, the captain ran the genset at night so it wasn't needed. It is in perfect condition and used only once or twice. Includes the 24V AC converter required...

So here's how I missed a flying lesson on a perfect day to fly and then was nearly kicked out of a machine shop due to a low voltage light. Cranked up my Cessna 172M. The Alternator is a Ford. I believe it's as old as the early 90s. In around 2006 these were changed per my logbook: the...

Brand new battery, still in original packaging. Details are as follows: Type CTSP-280-1 25.2 Volts 28 Ampere Hours Mfg Date 9-2018 Please make offer !!

I've relocated to northern Spain and maintenance facilities here and nearby are pretty lacking, so I'm becoming a do-it-yourselfer by necessity. Lots of learning to do. My Mooney 252/Encore needed a new battery. The old one was a Gill G-242 (24V) that lasted 5 years, so I got a new one of the...

Used for large drones. Box of 8 batteries available. Batteries retail@over $300 each. This mAh is hard to find. $75.00 each or $500 for the lot. Batteries are rechargeable. Recharging unit not available, can be ordered online through Turbo Ace or similar vendor. I do not believe these were used...

With OSH fast approaching, I'm seeking a lightweight yet inexpensive battery to power my CPAP. The prices from the medical forums are stupid expensive. Also, how do you plan to recharge yours, solar? Thanks. With OSH rapidly approaching, I'm looking for an alternative to lugging a 50 lb...
