Wow, looks like it fell tail low straight down. Maybe the W&B didn't let him recover from the stall? Are two adults and three teenage girls (and bags/gear I presume) likely to cause an issue like this in a 310? Like maybe the CG was too far aft?

If it's happening on both iPads and the GPS' status app says that all systems are go then it sounds like it might be a compatibility issue with Foreflight. Have you engaged those folks at all? They're very friendly and should be able to help you troubleshoot a bit better.

Thanks everyone! We'll be living in Noe Valley so something at avoids traffic would be a bonus. I've looked at a few clubs in the area online. Is there much of a pricing advantage to joining a flying club?

I'll definitely check them out. My fiancé and I just signed a lease for a place in San Francisco. I'm looking for a good "stick and rudder" instructor to continue my training as well as a flying club to get involved with. Any suggestions or leads would be appreciated!

I lived there for three years. John Tune (KJWN) is a nice airport to fly into. I would recommend getting fuel at Gallatin (M33) as they tend to be a good bit cheaper. Whatever you do, don't buy fuel at KBNA. As for things to do, see a show. The Ryman Auditorium is incredible. The honkey tonk...
