Jungle flying in Costa Rica

Great video. Thanks for sharing. Just hope they don't have an engine failure way out there.
 
I understand why he has the angle of attack indicator on the glare shield!
 
Actually some guys did stalled the plane or had an engine failure (no one knows) many years ago.
The plane was found 2 years later.
Jungle will eat the plane and its impossible to locate it.
So yes not the best place for an engine failure, as many other places over Costa Rica.

As for the strip, there has been 25 wrecks on that one, some fatal.
Satlled, over shoot and end in the ocean, coming in from the sea and landed short, in from the sea and land too far, hitting trees.
