What single-engine plane is easiest to sell?

Take a look at a Beech Sierra. Really a great retractable single which never really got the recognition she deserved. I know it will give you the speed but I'm uncertain of the price.

    Scanning Log Books

I use zululog.com and have for about 4 years. Great service and accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. I still keep an old school written logbook. I don't see a reason to scan pages anymore

    Logging PIC Time

Thanks for the input sounds like he can log the time PIC even though he lacks the sign offs. I will be flying with him for the foreseeable future. He flys the plane very well but lacks an instrument rating (Important) and the insurance company is looking at a minimum of 100 hours. I think they...

    Logging PIC Time

Just a quick question which I'm sure has been hashed around in here before. I will try and keep it simple and to the point. A friend of mine ( And a newly minted private pilot) owns a P210 which I have flown for quite sometime. He does not yet have a high performance or complex signoff and my...

    Airplane cleaning products

Ditto's on the pledge for all the windows it works great and leaves a nice smell inside the plane. I use WD40 for degreasing the belly. It cuts through the grease easily and is non corrosive so no need to wash it with water afterward. It leaves a slight residue which makes the next cleaning easier.

    Weight and Balance Question

Hey Tim, I do look it up on the graph and work backwards to get the Arm. I'm looking now at the POH for a 1977 182Q Cessna. There are published ARMS for the Pilot passengers and baggage but not for the fuel. To get it is easy enough you simply go to the loading graph get the moment and work...

    Weight and Balance Question

OK I am going to start off with throwing myself under the bus and asking a very stupid question. I believe I know the answer but was curious if there is more to this then what I am seeing. When I first got instruction on weight and balance I was taught the old school method of weight times arm...

    Aircraft Leasing Legalities

I think I could me considered a part time employee. I do around 2 to 3 flights per month for this small local company. This all came up because company B saw me parking the plane one afternoon and inquired about a lease rate. What I may do is hook them up with one of those leasing companies I...

    Aircraft Leasing Legalities

Thanks everyone for your insights. Everything with aviation sometimes seems convoluted and with attorneys involved gets complicated. I think I will drop the idea and move on. Plus I believe this other corporation would pony up some $$$ for their own airplane and I could fly for them that way.

Why are so many people afraid to fly in small airplanes?

I twice called my friends to tell them I would drive and meet them at the location we were going to. They kept on me...
