This is really inspiring with someone that will have to go through COGSCREEN's battery of tests. Saving this. Thank you kind sir.

I would take an anxiety test to attach with your information when you go to take the test, or you'll be waiting to take additional tests which may take forever and cost more $$$ than if you just got one yourself.

All I know is that people complain most about this step... Can take forever...

I'd also like to know, in Chicago area...
