    Economical x-country bird.

Not really. Do you think it fits the economical requirement? I don't much about them but I thought any radial engine has high operating/maintenance costs.

    Economical x-country bird.

Baggage needs are minimal but would be nice to have room for a passenger and 500lbs usefull after full fuel. Might be asking for too much there..‍♂️

    Economical x-country bird.

I'm looking at buying a plane to cross the Rockies from WA to SD several times over the next few years. I've owned a Cardinal RG and Arrow 200 RG in the past but looking for something a little faster this time. Definitely got a budget under $80k so looking at older Bonanzas, Vikings, and...

Importing a complete airplane project, former US registration

Aircraft is a Bellanca Citabria, built in the factory, certified, and flown in the US for 5 years before going to Canada. Its only unairworthy because it hasn't had an annual inspection for several years and it's close enough to me I would rather take it down, trailer it home, and go through it...

Importing a complete airplane project, former US registration

I understand that there can be complications importing from Canada. I also have read somewhere that is a lot easier with an airplane that previously had an N-number. I found a complete project, was in annual and flying 6 years ago when the owner got sick and been sitting since. It still has the...

    Cont GO300 cylinders??

Can they be converted with just a log entry or do they need a field approval or stc?

    Cont GO300 cylinders??

They are different. I don't know the specifics but definitely different part numbers and you cannot use 200/300 cylindes on a geared engine

    Cont GO300 cylinders??

Anyone know where to get them? I've looked all over, called shops, and can only find 2 available. Some shops said Cont isn't offering anymore and 1 shop said they were given a 375 day lead time on new orders!

    Cessna 175 manuals and info

I'm in the process of purchasing a Skylark with the original GO300 in it. I'm not having much luck finding a POH or any manuals for it. Does anyone have one they could share some info out of it? I'd like to know the normal static rpm along with a performance chart if possible. Thanks!

A&P with I/A needed in SW Washington

I've recently moved to Vancouver Wa from Eastern SD. I had a great mechanic their that would do owner assisted annuals and projects with me. I bought wrecked/neglected airplanes, hauled them home, then WE would fix/repair them, fly them, and then I would sell them. I had a great time with it and...

    Accelerated training....where in western US?

I'm from Vancouver Wa and am a 600+hr private pilot. I'd like to get my commercial, ifr, and CFI endorsements this spring/summer. Do any of you know of a good training center on the west coast, WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, UT, that offers accelerated courses? I know that I'll probably pay more going...
