I use Avare (free app) on a nexus 7. Can't beat it. Ifr charts, afd, weather and more. They are updating with new stuff all the time and all is free. Can't get it on apple.

I have the same David Clark's you have. Just bought AKG AV100's. They blow anything away out there. Light, Bluetooth, led lights, nose canceling and the sound is amazing. Highly recommend. I have used the Bose A20's and I think the AKG AV100's are better.
