    Needing some straight answers on color vision testing

    Light gun test ---- contact your Regional Flight Surgeon in writing via letter or fax. Request authorization to take the OCVT. Give is a couple weeks and you should receive a letter of authorization via USPS with who to contact to schedule the test.

    I have no knowledge of either FBO groups. I'm just seeing online that Rectrix has split into 2 with a piston specific FBO on the north end. The other Rectrix FBO is for jet and turbo prop guys and then there is Dolphin.

    This is funny ---- got dropped numerous times in the Grumman on FF and twice on long XC IFR ----- last time from FL to KBTR / very busy airspace. However it has not happened in the Columbia 400 ---- yet.

    KCUB - Columbia, SC - ATC from ground?

    I fly in and out of KCUB very often --- never had any trouble reaching Metro on the radio for clearance anywhere on the ramp.
