Busted Bravo Shelf??

I know I got close, but didn't realize it was this close. Flying VFR, and got distracted under the outer shelf of DEN bravo 120/080. Flight aware shows me at 7800', and only for approx 20 seconds. My concern is that flight aware isn't the same as what control sees and that I may have actually busted it. I called the Den TRACON, the ops. manager said there "weren't any notes" and that if I asked, he was required to investigate. He suggested I leave it alone. I want to believe I'm ok, but.......

Should I file a NASA or no?

No trolling, just sweating. Never been this close before without being IFR. Just over 150 hrs.

You should skip the NASA and just keep bending your head between your legs until you can french kiss your own bung hole goodbye. You're going to prison for this one, and it's gonna be a loooooooong stay. You've clearly violated something and now it's your turn to be violated. I hear a spare quart of Philips XC50 makes those prison showers go a lot smoother.

So if you were at 7,800’, than you were below the Bravo. Doesn’t matter how close you get, as long as you don’t get IN it!

You can’t bust airspace that you were never in.
