Flat spin?
No -- it ran off the runway and flipped. It was breezy today here in Northern VA, perhaps a ground loop.
I seen thousands of crash pictures like that. 100% flat spin right there. Why didn't he pull the chute.

Wrong. In the MILLIONS of pictures I've seen, it was a 100% guaranteed flat spin but the plane carries so much energy that it bounces and due to the weight differential between nose and tail it rotates 180 degrees on axis. This leaves it in an inverted position(you know, like top gun) upon final rest.Inverted flat spin. Please, let's get this right.
