Wrapping aircraft - good, bad or?

3M has hundreds and hundreds of variations. Smooth, rough, flat, eggshell, glossy, metallic, etc. The last auto industry exhibition I was at there were about 30 manufacturers of the stuff, 3M being one of the most popular.

If I could find someone who could lay some Russian style artic camo on my 185, nicely and for a decent price Id me game, worse case I just peel it off.

I've got a buddy who could paint it on for you, or paint whatever you want, he's incredible; however he's not cheap.
