This is an older problem that I am just getting around to addressing. The PC (HP desktop, about 4 years old) Win 10 came installed.

I get the following error messages about every 10 minutes. I'd like to turn them off!

14:44:13 Synchronizer Version 16.0.9029.2106

14:44:13 Synchronizing Mailbox name deleted

14:44:13 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Drafts'

14:44:13 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Inbox'

14:44:13 1 item(s) added to offline folder

14:44:13 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Dravacel'

14:44:13 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Chartwell'

14:44:13 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Archive'

14:44:13 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'CDR'

14:44:14 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Gog Title XIX'

14:44:14 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Sent'

Here is where the error messages start, intermittently:

14:44:15 Error synchronizing message 'FW: Fabric ID'

14:44:15 [800CCCD2-0-0-322]

14:44:15 Error synchronizing message 'FW: Fabric ID'

14:44:15 [800CCCD2-0-0-322]

14:44:16 Error synchronizing message 'Fabric ID'

14:44:16 [800CCCD2-0-0-322]

14:44:16 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Trash'

14:44:17 Error synchronizing message 'FW: Fabric ID'

14:44:17 [800CCCD2-0-0-322]

14:44:18 Error synchronizing message 'Millers' Chairs'

14:44:18 [800CCCD2-0-0-322]

14:44:18 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Junk'

14:44:18 Done

There has to be a simple fix for this. Please help!

This error occurs every time Outlook interrogates the server for new mail....

Ah! best solution: ditch Outlook. :D

Interesting. I've been using Outlook (of various flavors and on different versions of Windows) for a couple decades and have never had this problem.

Does it happen on only one email address or all email addresses? This one could be server-side or client-side.

The usual test to see if this is something wrong with the messages on the server causing an error or Outlook puking on itself like it regularly does, is to create a new Outlook profile and let it sync.

If it syncs fine, Outlook crapped the bed again and couldn’t clean up its own mess. Normal.

If it doesn’t sync up fine and has the same error, time to go dig on the server and see what’s wrong or corrupted in the message store for that particular message Outlook keeps gagging on.

Outlook is really good at harming its own data.
