What's POA forum policy regarding promoting events?

I am a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the 99s. In commemorating the 90th anniversary of the 1929 Women's National Air Derby, the LA99s are organizing an event on August 18.
We have created a flyer and I would like to share it with members of POA. I don't want to post anything that's against forum rules. Would an Admin please let me know if I can post a flyer?
