Final Approach
Windsock was one of my guesses but then I looked at several other diagrams of fields I know well and there was no windsock marker... in fact just randomly looking I couldn't find any other diagrams with these on them but I'm sure they exist someplace. Wonder why this diagram shows it and most others don't.
