What are these symbols on this taxi diagram?

[cowman]

I feel like I should know this but I can’t remember having seen these before and I can’t find it on the legend- circled in red.

[Lindberg]

Windsock and lighted windsock

[RyanB]

Lighted and unlighted windsocks.

[eman1200]

Windsock locations if I recall.

[Bill]

I think they’re lit and unlit wind socks.

[Bill]

I think they’re lit and unlit wind socks.

Or ice cream cones, some with sprinkles. Because ice cream.

Windsock was one of my guesses but then I looked at several other diagrams of fields I know well and there was no windsock marker... in fact just randomly looking I couldn't find any other diagrams with these on them but I'm sure they exist someplace. Wonder why this diagram shows it and most others don't.
