Weather

WINDY. The forecast calls for 40 mph sustained winds with gusts to 60. I had planned to do some formation practice with a fellow Beechlister this morning but we decided to wait for a better day. Other than that the skies are clear although an airport 50 miles west is reporting overcast conditions and it's supposed to SNOW nearby later today.

It was foggier earlier, but I took me a while to build up the motivation to ge the camera out. Clearing up now, though. Morning fog usually takes a bit to burn off. Maybe I'll go flying later.
 
Clear Blue.. no breeze.. warmed up to low 80s the last two days.
 
80 day, 65 or so at night, and of course SKC CLR :)

It's been that way for as long as I can remember. Looking forward to the winter though.
 
Well Felix, winter reared its ugly head here in WI last night. I saw the first flurries of the year.

Plus it got pretty darned windy as well

I drove yesterday from Minneapolis to Des Moines with 45 knot gusts in MSP rising to 55 in DSM. I don't know if my vis was more restricted from the snow or the flying corn leaves.
