There's the filming, taking it home, editing, Going "CRAP!!!!! The audio didn't pick up!", so you have to rent the plane again and recreate the flight, edit again, Realize you were flying into the sun and everything is washed completely out, you go back and rent that stupid little death trap again, this time deciding just to film the flight, then go home and add the commentary over the video footage, write a nasty letter to that MZeroA guy for having a perfect smile always nicely captured on his fancy dancy camera, then show it to the spouse and go "Is this total crap?" If you get a "Meh" or better then upload it.

It can take awhile.

That said, Where the F is your video??????

I just flew to Martha's Vineyard and am enjoying lunch right now......

And, yeah, pretty much what @SixPapaCharlie said. I've got most of it filmed, but have to redo a couple parts and still film another part. Haven't even started the editing.

Best guess is early next week. If this is an issue, please see bolded text above.

There's my little plane (rental...same one I did my checkride it).
 
I'm getting free lunch today for attending a cyber security siminar. Wonder what it'll be.
 
The longer you postpone this the more our hopes are going to go up and the better chance of us being let down when we see the finished product, you know much like the Icon a5!
Here is the list of things that had better be included int eh video if you are going to string it out this long:
1. Explosions
2. at least one person getting punched in the face
3. Massive alcohol consumption
4. an immelman
5. radio call so we can critique your calls
6. a garden hose and an engine(warmer the engine the better, don't worry it is safe as researched here on POA)
7. a hamburger WITH a bun
8. a Humphrey Bogart reference
9. chicken breasts
10. a landing on a runway, not a lame parachute deployment like those Cyrus driver like to use

I just watched Casablanca for the millionth time the other night, so I can probably fit in a Bogart reference.

Not going to emasculate you guys with my spot on radio calls though.

As for the alcohol consumption... come on, that one should be a given.
 
I could watch Bogart for days! Great movies.

You get bonus points for a peter lorre reference! He is one of my favorites. The wife and I have to watch Casablanca at least once a month and I have to watch The Big Sleep and Maltese Falcon on a rotating basis to get my Noir fix.

Chill the f-out. Some of us aren't retired and actually work full time jobs! It's done except for the flying scene, which I have to redo on Saturday because what I filmed on Wednesday turned out like ****.

You'll have your video on Sunday. Or Monday if I feel like being a jerk about it.
