Vent on bottom of Archer?

What's the vent on the bottom of a Piper Archer II? It's roughly between the front & back seats, is covered with a screen, and has a fairing on the forward side (to keep the slipstream from going up in it, I presume).

I tried finding it in the parts manual but didn't see anything that looks like it.

You rock! That's funny, they just asked that question on Thursday - I just discovered it from the other side of the fuselage
