For Sale "Used Airplane"

Totally legit. And it has to be a collector's item, I've never seen a 747 without the hump and the second deck. Worth WAY more than $300.

Or maybe it's only about 4 inches long?

Same STC that added the winglets and removed two engines. You really should follow the industry a little closer.
