I’m looking for some help on the settings pre stall and cruise angles from fellow AV-20s owners especially if you have a PA28.
Got the device installed last May 2025. Just completed the Version 1.8 software update with no issues but want to ask what others are using for their set up numbers? Work is keeping me busy flying in a number of other airplanes and not flying my own so I thought checking with others would be better than just experimenting.

I seem to recall the 172 I fly has the min set at 1 and the max at 11. Not sure how that would compare to a PA28.

Good job on the 1.8 upgrade. The AOA with it is much improved. The original AV-20 AOA algorithm was pretty bad.

I love the AV-20S but the AoA is not useful at all, and so I disabled the audio. I’ll look into the SW version mine has, maybe it needs upgrading. The attitude indicator works very well, Density Altitude, bus voltage, OAT and TAS are very useful. I’ve recommended it as a clock replacement.

Thx for mentioning the sw update. I had no idea. I wonder if they sent an email notification or something

I'm pretty sure I could scrounge up the parts to do so from the e-waste bins at work.
Schematic is in the service bulletin (I assume you know) - 2 DB-9 female, 1 DB-9 male, and a USB to serial adapter.
