I can only speak from my own experience. But .. since TSA took
over the screeners, I've always been dealt with professionally, cheerfully,
and efficiently. Prior to that it was arrogant, sloppy, power hungry
McDonalds rejects who's sole mission was to show travelers they
had power over them. I certainly hope we don't go back to private
screeners like that.

Well, I've certainly run across a number of Fed types that were arrogant, power hungry, and obnoxious.
