In recognition of certain residents of areas with perhaps few choices for nominally procreative activities, should society recognize and embrace the trans-specie choices of desperate individuals?

I suspect strongly that you gentlemen do NOT realize the the difference between men and women amounts to the activity of one gene that comes on for roughly one day during embryonic development. That's it. Gene comes on, male. Gene doesn't come on, female.

Yeah, but when that gene doesn't come on, the result is bat-**** crazy people.

Also known as females. But yeah, the difference between male and female is one gene. The difference between species is quite a few genes. Actually, depending on the species it could be all of them. I always thought trans-speices breeding with humans went under the moniker beastiality.

That's what Clark was alluding to.

How would you know if the sheep consents? Is there a minimum age for sheep? I grew up in CA, so I don't have much exposure to this.

That's what hip boots are for. So you can stuff the legs of the sheep in them and they can't get away.

That reminds me of the city boy and the country boy out for a walk in the country. They noticed a ram servicing a ewe in a field. The city boy said "look at that I wish I had a girl" The country boy said "Girl hell, I just wish it was dark"

Now I know way more than I ever wanted to...:hairraise:

Used to work with a guy that would just say off the wall stuff like that and completely non-sequitor. When he first started working, he didn't say anything. Just came in, did his job, and left. This went on for a couple weeks. He would come in at like 4am, work until 10 or so, take a siesta, then come back at 3 or 4 and work a few more hours. The first day he actually said something, the manager and three of us were talking about something, and he walks to the door, opens it, and says, "Well, I'm going to go home for a bit and have sex (pauses for about 5 seconds) with my cat." Closes the door and leaves. We were were all confused with that look of 'did-he-just-say-what-I-think-he-said.' As we got to know him, he was the funniest guy I've ever worked with, and he would just say things to get a reaction.

Isn't that why, in Wyoming, sheep are scared?

Cats fight back. Seriously, that sense of humor would take getting used to. I work with one guy on occasion (he is a contractor) who has absolutely no filter. He just says whatever pops in his head. He could easily be a standup comedian, it just doesn't work as well for an IT tech. We do have a good time exchanging "Larry" stories, though.

Looking back, over that first few weeks he was probably feeling us out as to where the line was. With the project managers, accounting, and secretaries, he was always professional and business-like. But us design guys/draftsmen he just let it fly. He also played in a band, and they would play weddings, bars, and such, and they would wear completely surreal outfits at time. I remember one picture of him playing the drums in a sheep costume.

Trans-species psychology is the field of psychology that states that humans and nonhuman animals share commonalities in cognition (thinking) and emotions (feelings). It was established by Gay A. Bradshaw, American ecologist and psychologist.[1]

Trans-species psychology argues that existing scientific evidence points to a common model of brain, mind, and behavior for humans and nonhuman animals.[1] Bradshaw claims the theory and data from neuroscience, ethology, and psychology, both current and dating back through the evolutionary biology research of Charles Darwin in the mid-1800s, shows that evolution conserves brain and mind across species.[2][3] Humans and other animals share a common capacity to think, feel, and experience themselves and their lives. Some mammals have demonstrated the ability to experience empathy, culture, self-awareness, consciousness, psychological trauma, mourning rituals, and complex communication abilities.[4][5][6][7][8]

The knowledge that nonhuman animals have the ability to think and feel in complex ways has also brought the understanding of their capacity to experience psychological trauma and suffering. Trans-species psychology seeks to prevent and treat trauma in all animals through increased scientific understanding.[1]

Insanity. It’s not just a mental illness. It’s also an identity. Men in dresses claim that gender is in the mind, not in the body. If you think you’re a woman, then you are a woman. What used to be a minor form of eccentric insanity has now become educational policy in schools.

But why stop at gender when you can also do species? There are people who believe that their true identity is that of an animal. And who is to say that species isn’t in the mind, just like gender is in the mind?

This isn’t just a thought-experiment or satire. It’s reality.

Species dysphoria is the equivalent of Gender dysphoria. Mentally ill persons with gender dysphoria are fashionably diagnosed with Gender Identity Disorder. There is as of yet no Species Identity Disorder, but that is no doubt coming.

The kid claims the school is "breaking state law" because they are "discriminating".
And that he is "deeply offended"...and feels that he is being "singled out".
Oh, he also says to the teachers "you are treating me different from them, we should be treated as equals"

If this video isn't a stupid gag, then it implies the school authorities actually sat there seriously negotiating with a...uh... penguin for 17 minutes.

Still think everybody, including penguin boy, ought to be treated fairly regardless of who they are?

If they are consenting adults, who I'm I to judge ?

Cheers
