On a whim I looked up N1701D. It's a Mooney M20. I'm disappointed that it's not painted silver-grey with a red stripe. Unlikely they'd be willing to sell the N number (for any reasonable amount), alas... :)
 
But there are multiple N1701 with a diff letter. There are multiples in the ST Universe. Pick one.
 
Back about 25 years ago, there was a Long-EZ licensed as N1701X; aircraft model "Enterprise." It eventually had its N-Number changed to N316EZ.

What’s the meaning of 1701?

It's just the hull number like on naval vessels. Think of the US carriers, for example. Nimitz-class vessels start with CVN-68, USS Nimitz, and go through CVN-77.
