Tired of fighting with the FAA

As an aside, you'll help your own stress levels if you simply accept the fact that the FAA doesn't do this kind of business by phone or email; only by mail. You can ask all you want that they call or email you when there is an issue, but they're just not going to do it and you're just setting yourself up for anger/frustration when you keep hoping they will. Right or wrong, it's just not how *this* works.
