Ah, but there was a study done that showed that men have a harder time processing the frequency range of the female voice. May have even been posted as a link here.

This is very true, and having worked with men most of my working life, I've learned to drop my voice an octave or so and give it some "resonance". Surprising how fast those heads whip around.

I pass this secret on to my married friends.

PS--I really do wish Air Baker the best on making his relationship permanent. And sift through the suggestions, there are some really good ones. (You both should flush the in-laws immediately. From what I have seen, the in-laws cause the most troubles to a relationship they shouldn't be interfering with in the first place!)
