Still dangerous welding on a car with gas in the tank and lines, but at least you were outside if something happened. Do you have blown head gaskets?

I keep 3 ABC extinguishers and a garden hose handy in my 2-car garage. When working inside, the vehicle stays in neutral with a chock for quicker removal if needed.

No coolant mixing with the oil so suspect that the gasket on the intake manifold is to blame.
