My very first real job as a sophmore in high school was at a "Full Service" ESSO gas station that my dad managed. Are there any full service stations left, or have they all gone the way of the donosaur?

They're out there, just hard to find. There's one Amoco station off I-80 somewhere in PA that's full service. I think Swifty stations are all full service too.

What I haven't seen any of lately is the combo stations where there's full lanes and self lanes. It's all or nothing I guess.

Aren't all gas stations in NJ full service? I was a little shocked when told that by an attendant when I got out of the car to fill it up. They were full service when I was growing up there, but I left in the 70s not to return until the 2000s. I figured they would have converted by then. I guess not.
