Very well-done production, and a beautiful restoration. On the Cessna 172 Club message board, Dennis (screen name DocOz) posted descriptions and photos of the work as it was ongoing.

Yup this is from my airport, wasn't sure until he said Burlington was on the same frequency and about that time they showed the bayview bridge. Wonder which hangar he's in, don't remember ever seeing it.

Looks like he made the same mistake I did when I had my '57, 172 though...
He installed hooker style harnesses and has to leave it loose while flying to reach the flaps. I did the same.
I installed BAS inertia reel harnesses in my '58 182 when I got it. Problem solved.
Yeah, I'm a slow learner.

Final Approach
So this was amusing, I was in the maintenance hangar the other day helping out/cleaning the Lance and just generally BSing when my mechanic went through a door I'd never seen open into an adjacent hangar. Peeked in the door and the very 172 featured in this video is parked in there. I've been walking by it for 4 years and never knew it was there.
