I recall a sign in the O Club at Fairchild AFB many decades ago that had a similar sign that went on the lines of "Pilots with short stacks, restricted pipes or low manifold pressure are requested to stand close."

The original "I don't know it all" of aviation.
The version I saw in Dalhart, TX was
"Pilots with short pitot tubes or low manifold pressure are requested to step up to the hold short line.
The pilot behind you might not be float rated."
And there was a hold short line painted on the floor almost too close to the porcelain.

I got a kick out of the sign over the lav at Creve Coeur Airport when I was there last summer.
