I’m hoping to upgrade my panel next year but in the meantime, my KMD150 has become unreadable due to the screen deteriorating. I’ve found an affordable replacement, the 150’s are listed as 14/28v but I’m curious since it’s coming out of a 14v airplane if anything has to be done to the unit internally, or with the harness / tray, to utilize it in my 28v system, or can I slide ‘er in and I’m good to go (paperwork issues aside). Probably silly to spend any money on it, but other than my panel being dated, it still looks good (not G1000 good, but good enough for me). Thanks.
