Southeast Fly-in, Suggestions needed!

I'm working on putting together a Southeast fly-in for any time after April. Looking for suggestions on location, as well as trying to get a list of as many people who may want to join us! Right now the area being considered is SC/NC, but that could change. Please let me know if you're willing to join us, and if you have any suggestions for a great place to eat or a great place to meet!
