In light of the oh-so fun thread involving Dominque... I wanted to provide another example of great customer service.

After about 125 hours of flight time my Softcomm C-200's ANR Broke, I sent it in for repairs and it was finished remarkably quickly with an apology for its breaking. I also have a C-20 that has suited me well and some softcomm headset from my uncle that is 20 years old and works well for Pax.

I've found my ~$300 C-200 to actually be more comfortable than top of the line Bose.

Just a shoutout, hopefully everyone's dealings with softcomm have been as nice as mine.
 
I have a couple C-90 headsets from Softcomm. 10+ years on each. I'm quite happy with the headsets and their service. Glad you feel the same. :D
 
I have a couple as well with 17years use with no probs

Only thing I ever did was swap the ear seals with gel ones after 6 months
