Every business trip I've made to Shanghai, the sky has been the color of a pair of khaki pants and the sun wasn't discernible.

But apparently good. I knew those environmentalists were full of it.

I've still got the newspaper clipping somewhere that I pick up when I was in Beijing in 2006. It stated that you were not allowed to tint the windows on your car for environmental reasons. The tint caused the car to be hotter inside and you would have to run the air conditioning more to keep the car cool. That would waste fuel and wasting fuel was bad for the environment.
