Site has been pretty much completely deindexed from Google

I took the liberty of investigating, and someone screwed up the robots.txt file - You have a typo in 'Googlebot', so Google will not crawl the site. Your correct robots.txt file should be:

User-agent: Googlebot
Allow: /community

User-agent: bingbot
Allow: /community

User-agent: *
Disallow: /
