Hi,
So it might sound stupid, but I was wondering if anyone has ever had any luck with using a scissor jack to change a tire or tube on an aircraft such as a PA-28 or similar. Thinking of the jack being parallel to the longitudinal axis of the plane, wouldn't it be stable enough?
I've seen the little bottle jacks and adapters which seem to work, so I was wondering.
Thanks
