Thanks to the recent leadership change in the US, we expect warming of US:Russia relations & will likely see a sharing of tech and resources - leading to rapid expandion of our chemtrail capabilities. Hoping full global coverage in just a few years.

It does look like it, but reflect back on your chemtrail dispersal training from years ago - you will recall that the chem container is thin-walled & lightweight; and the chemical itself is a combination of lightweight gases (cf. Hydrogen Cyanide Gas production from two separate gases); the chem is not a heavy liquid as many think.
