Registration certificate

From my private pilot, I remember instructor saying that registration cert. must be displayed clean and visible but I do not know where that word came from....

Do you know where the registration reg comes from ?

Probably one of the least enforced rules, but yeah, most planes have that little see through pocket somewhere for that and the airworthiness

It is actually the airworthiness certificate that needs to be displayed, the registration just needs to be in the airplane.

BTW, the registrations do expire now, I always try and double check to make sure they are current in the rental and customer owned airplanes I fly in.
