Rant class

I'm looking for someone to teach me how to rant properly about thread drift.

Yes, had a motorcycle when I was younger and lived in rural Missouri. It was fun, then I moved to a place where there was more traffic and I didn't find it fun anymore.
And now you live in a place with more traffic :) I'm a little envious that motorcyclists can split the lanes there, but would be concerned about a car changing lanes to grab a gap as I passed them.

I know that there are programs around here that introduce underprivileged kids to sailing. There isn’t a huge financial barrier to entry for crew. It’s only when you buy a boat. Even then, you can own one for much less expense than owning an airplane.
The optimist pram mentioned earlier was designed to be made from a couple of 4x8 sheets of ply and a few other parts. They aren't particularly fast but they are relatively inexpensive.

See, subconsciously, you're playing right in to it. "Thread" there are lots of those in sails, right? "Drift" Sailboats do that sometimes.
