It looks like how I would have have spray painted my Schwinn with the "banana seat" in the 60s...or maybe one of those tricked out custom vans of the 70s. A couple cans of day-glow green....COOL, man!
It might be a good color choice to make you show up and avoid a mid-air. There was discussion once where a bunch of planes flew the NY corridor with a bright yellow Piper and all remarked on how easy it was to see.
