If someone gets a psych eval and does not get a favorable recommendation, can they get another one a few months later from the same or difference psychiatrist?

Is this a one shot deal or a try again in a few months scenario?

There is a pilot at Delta that had to go to other shrinks to return to flying status after the airline in-house psychiatrist gave her a faulty diagnosis.

Such a subjective science in cases that are not apparent.

psych evals can always be re-visited. 2nd opinions too. the final ruling though depends on the FAA in D.C.
