Processing IACRA manually by paper

I am about to go for my CFII but the problem is that the instructor signing me off just passed his CFII. I called the FAA to see how he can sign me off, they said it needs to be done manually by paper. The rep couldn't guide me any further on where to download the docs, etc

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Do it in IACRA and print out the 8710 from there...it'll say "IACRA GENERATED COPY at the top, but it's good to use.

Or just search for the 8710-1 pdf on the FAA website and fill it out. That's what I did when I thought I had to do the Restricted-ATP(can't do the restircted on IACRA yet) but realized I had the hours for the regular ATP.

Yep. Print an 8710 out and fill out by hand.
