PPL in LA

Hello all, my name is Mary and new to this forum. I plan on starting my PPL soon any good schools in LA?...any recommendations are highly appreciated.

I did my introductory class in Fort Lauderdale but might be moving to LA soon.

That's my question, too.

Mary, there's a PoA forum for Pilot Training where you might have better luck getting an answer than here in Medical Topics. Louisiana and Los Angeles are both pretty big geographical areas, so narrowing down where you're planning to move within either location would be helpful.
 
If your in the Long Beach area you should look up Long Beach Flying Club.
They’ve been in business for 40 years and operate out of Long Beach Airport.

Hi Mary, if Los Angeles...which part? Los Angeles is a huge, sprawling megopolis, and I'm sure you don't want to spend 2 hours in traffic trying to get to an airport 20-30 miles away.
