Potential new pilot

But isn't that up to him? Maybe he was busy with his business growing it and now has the time to pursue other endeavors.

That's reaching declaring someone you don't know doesn't have the commitment without knowing the rest of the story.

Again, it's the envy rearing it's head here again.
Relatively" means in comparison to something else, or to a certain degree when judged against similar things or past expectations. It indicates that a statement is not absolute, but rather depends on the standard or context it is being measured against like the median income for a 35 year old.

If he had grown his business to afford a $5 million dollar plane, highly successful would have been proper adjective. I suspect he is clueless on what a Pilatus costs to buy, maintain and operate.

I’m curious what OP thinks of the advice he has been given, but he hasn’t posted since the original post and doesn’t seem to be active.

I took it to mean he had been successful in acquiring wealthy relatives....
;)

Studies indicate that, on a macroscopic level, adults have 0 millivolts of potential. But while we are electrically neutral at rest, depending on humidity, our clothing choices, and the surfaces we choose to walk upon (carpets are great for this), we can accumulate tens of thousands of volts of potential (albeit at negligible amperage.)
