Hey, we have two in the line up this week. Jeff (Pilawt) got a nice shot of his Sport Cub at sunset, and Ron Wattanja submitted his stunning photo of the Lennies of Mt. Ranier.

A disclaimer is necessary: I was photographing from the front seat, but I was not doing the flying in the formation. My backseater, a retired USAF T-38 instructor, was doing the flying; the other pilots were also well qualified, and all activities were duly pre-arranged. Seeing the airplanes this close convinced me that formation flying is something I wouldn't try on my own without training. :nono:
